La Reserva Club House is a masterplan in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic developed by Archidom Studio, the architecture and urban design studio based in Marbella and Madrid. The studio’s scope covers masterplan and urban planning.
“Organic Republic”. In the heart of Punta Cana, one of the Caribbean’s most vibrant destinations, rises a singular concept that brings together nature, wellbeing and lifestyle.
Conceived as a place where architecture embraces its setting, the journey begins at the iconic Seed Pavilion and culminates in the spectacular Cenote Pavilion, with pools, spa and relaxation areas that embody the tropical spirit.
With 420 residences arranged radially around a green core, the complex fosters a vibrant community in harmony with nature. More than a residential project, a destination in its own right. An Archidom Studio project.
The project data record private development. In its masterplans, the studio arranges buildings, public space and landscape as a single system, taking the natural setting as the starting point.
