Condohotel is a condo-hotel in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic designed by Archidom Studio, the architecture and interior design studio based in Marbella and Madrid. The studio’s scope covers hospitality architecture and interior design.
CDP, an architectural landmark in the vibrant heart of Punta Cana, with 250 meticulously designed units that combine luxury and comfort.
Its signature is an extensive green area connected with nature, alongside landscaped pools that offer serene retreats. Designed for contemporary lifestyles, it includes coworking spaces, a refined lobby and lounge, a terrace bar, a gourmet restaurant, a state-of-the-art gym and a spa.
It also offers a sports court, a children’s playground and a pet park, ensuring the wellbeing of every resident. CDP sets a new standard for exclusive living, bringing together community, comfort and elegance in one of the Caribbean’s most sought-after destinations.
The project data record a plot of 24,116 m², a built area of 11,000 m² and private development. In hospitality and commercial projects, the studio works on the identity of the place and its daily operation at the same time: circulation, service areas, lighting and materials are part of the same design decision.
