Le Ma Joy Town is a masterplan in Beijing, China developed by Archidom Studio, the architecture and urban design studio based in Marbella and Madrid. The studio’s scope covers masterplan and urban planning.
The Beijing masterplan is conceived as a large-scale real estate development set to become one of the key nodes of the new conurbation planned for the Chinese capital.
With a diverse, overlapping programme, the project creates a dynamic urban ecosystem that combines modern living, productivity and leisure: a mixed-use zone, an industrial area, a residential complex, a commercial district and extensive parks.
It also includes one of Beijing’s largest equestrian centres, establishing the development as a cultural and sporting landmark. A multifunctional, innovative destination designed to attract investment and shape a new urban icon. An Archidom Studio project.
The project data record private development. In its masterplans, the studio arranges buildings, public space and landscape as a single system, taking the natural setting as the starting point.
In China, the studio has also designed HHC Masterplan and Masterplan Eco Tech Industrial Park. Browse all the studio’s projects.
