Masterplan Eco Tech Industrial Park is a masterplan in China developed by Archidom Studio, the architecture and urban design studio based in Marbella and Madrid. The studio’s scope covers masterplan and urban planning.
Eco Tech Industrial Park redefines the idea of a technology hub through a masterplan that combines innovation, sustainability and community.
The central river acts as the backbone of the project, guiding fluid routes that connect every building. Curved, dynamic lines shape an organic urban experience where landscape and architecture merge naturally.
The landmark tower is the icon of the development: its slender silhouette evokes a waterfall, the source of the river that symbolises energy and connection. Around it, rational office buildings offer flexible, light-filled spaces, with green areas and squares that encourage collaboration. An Archidom Studio project.
The project data record private development. In its masterplans, the studio arranges buildings, public space and landscape as a single system, taking the natural setting as the starting point.
