Inspired by the natural richness and topography of Zhengzhou, the Master Plan is conceived as a dialogue between “the mountain” and “the valley.” In the mountain area, residential blocks trace the winding curves of nearby ranges, shaping a central axis where community life and public spaces take center stage.
In contrast, the valley hosts an exclusive collection of luxury villas designed in terraces, each set on different levels to maximize the breathtaking views. This two-zone design creates a perfect balance between urban dynamism and exclusive privacy, offering a lifestyle that embraces the landscape while providing modern comfort and a truly unique residential experience in Zhengzhou.
