South Central is one of the flagship proposals for the Taiyuan CBD, a complex of five buildings designed to become the city’s financial engine. The project takes inspiration from the waves formed by the Zouhi River, symbolizing dynamism, fluidity, and harmony with nature.

This concept is expressed through architectural forms that evoke movement and modernity, creating a new landmark in the city’s skyline. While the complex accommodates mixed uses, its primary function is financial, providing world-class spaces for offices, corporations, and global business activities. South Central stands not only as a functional hub but also as a symbol of prestige and identity, positioning Taiyuan as an emerging city ready to compete on the international stage.
