Casa Jaguar (Villa ACE) is a luxury villa in Montemayor, Benahavís designed by Archidom Studio, the architecture studio based in Marbella and Madrid. The studio’s scope covers architecture, interior design and site supervision.
Villa ACE sits within the exclusive Montemayor estate, in a natural setting of great scenic value, with steep topography and sweeping views of the Mediterranean.
The plot has an average gradient of more than 35%, a challenge that prompted a deep reflection on how to integrate the architecture into the terrain. The concept starts from a strongly brutalist character, with raw materials, natural textures and an honest aesthetic in which structure, form and material are clearly expressed.
Exposed concrete, local stone and large planes of glass create a robust, contemporary atmosphere. The volumes rise above the slope, strategically supported to minimise earthworks and create lightness, as if the architecture were floating above the landscape. An Archidom Studio project.

As in all of the studio’s residential work, architecture and interiors are considered together from the first sketch: placement on the plot, views, privacy, light and materials are resolved as a single project.
