Villa Bond 07 is a luxury villa in Los Flamingos, Benahavís designed by Archidom Studio, the architecture studio based in Marbella and Madrid. The studio’s scope covers architecture, interior design and site supervision.
Villa 07 is the first of a group of three Bond villas, in a fast-growing area 15 minutes from Marbella.
The plot is defined by magnificent Mediterranean views and its slope, towards which the villa opens with large windows, pergolas and roofs that unite indoor and outdoor spaces.
Contemporary in style, it offers six bedrooms across three levels, with generous double-height spaces that give the house a sense of luxury. An Archidom Studio project in Benahavís.
The project data record a plot of 1,900 m², a built area of 241 m² and private development. As in all of the studio’s residential work, architecture and interiors are considered together from the first sketch: placement on the plot, views, privacy, light and materials are resolved as a single project.
