Villa Bond 09 is a luxury villa in Los Flamingos, Benahavís designed by Archidom Studio, the architecture studio based in Marbella and Madrid. The studio’s scope covers architecture, interior design and site supervision.
Villa 09 is part of the group of three Bond villas, in a fast-growing area 15 minutes from Marbella, on a plot with striking Mediterranean views thanks to its elevated position in Los Flamingos.
This contemporary villa comprises five en-suite bedrooms and eight bathrooms in total, across three levels.

The project data record a plot of 1,420 m², a built area of 328 m² and private development. As in all of the studio’s residential work, architecture and interiors are considered together from the first sketch: placement on the plot, views, privacy, light and materials are resolved as a single project.
