This villa, set in a privileged enclave overlooking the Mediterranean, crowns a hillside embraced by greenery to the north. Its architecture unfolds through independent volumes that compress and expand the visuals, creating a succession of unique scenes. Vertical planes are framed by striking horizontal overhangs that stretch toward the sea, forming porches that extend the terrace and blur the boundary between interior and exterior.

Ingeniously, the overhangs are not supported by the walls but fitted between them, giving the house a sense of lightness and flight. The villa presents a deliberate contrast between its two main façades: the northern access, hermetic and opaque, is protected by motorized wooden slats, ensuring privacy and control. In contrast, the southern façade opens fully to the horizon, with vast glass panels sheltered under the overhangs, maximizing natural light and panoramic sea views.
