Villa Gravity is a luxury villa in La Moraleja, Madrid designed by Archidom Studio, the architecture studio based in Marbella and Madrid. The studio’s scope covers architecture, interior design and site supervision.
Luxury is a quiet structure. In the heart of La Moraleja, this villa redefines the contemporary home through an architecture that is elegant, serene and deliberate.
The house unfolds over several levels connected by a double-height hall, an axis of light and perspective. The programme offers wellbeing, privacy and leisure: a lower level with private cinema, spa, gym and lounge; a main floor as the social stage, with large windows onto the garden; and an upper floor reserved for rest, surrounded by terraces.
The experience culminates in a panoramic solarium with jacuzzi and barbecue. The house is organised in an H-shaped structure with three axes, a central one with vertical circulation and access to the garden and pool, and two lateral ones, achieving balance, privacy and flow. An Archidom Studio project in Madrid.
The project data record a plot of 2,548 m², a built area of 950 m² and private development. As in all of the studio’s residential work, architecture and interiors are considered together from the first sketch: placement on the plot, views, privacy, light and materials are resolved as a single project.
