Villa Paraíso is a luxury villa in El Paraíso, Estepona designed by Archidom Studio, the architecture studio based in Marbella and Madrid. The studio’s scope covers architecture, interior design and site supervision.
Villa Bjorn, under construction in the Paraíso Medio estate in Estepona, enjoys an exceptional location very close to the beach and Puerto Banús.
The main idea was to create a Mediterranean-style project with modern touches, crowned by a striking roof terrace with open sea views.
The different volumes rise above the steep slope, creating the sensation of floating above the landscape and heightening the sea views. An Archidom Studio project in Estepona.
The project data record a plot of 2,300 m², a built area of 900 m² and private development. As in all of the studio’s residential work, architecture and interiors are considered together from the first sketch: placement on the plot, views, privacy, light and materials are resolved as a single project.
