The existing plot is located in an amazing place well located and very close to the beach and Puerto Banús.

The main idea of the project was to create a project with the Mediterranean style but with some modern touches. With an impressive rooftop with clear views to the sea.

The different volumes are elevated over the accentuated slope creating the sensation of flying over the environment and enhancing the views over the sea.
