Villa N Benalmádena is a luxury villa in Benalmádena, Málaga designed by Archidom Studio, the architecture studio based in Marbella and Madrid. The studio’s scope covers architecture, interior design and site supervision.
Villa N is one of the studio’s most ambitious refurbishments of 2018, located on Paseo de Toledo, in one of the most privileged areas of Benalmádena.
The 2,772 m² plot has several levels: the first with the entrance area, the second with the house and the third with the leisure area and pool. The starting idea was to redesign the villa while keeping its Mediterranean style, valuing its most characteristic elements and enhancing them with more modern architectural lines.
The great challenge of the project was the demolition of the upper floor to create a subtle plane that extends the interiors towards the terrace and frames the sea view. An Archidom Studio project in Benalmádena.
The project data record a plot of 2,772 m², a built area of 450 m² and private development. As in all of the studio’s residential work, architecture and interiors are considered together from the first sketch: placement on the plot, views, privacy, light and materials are resolved as a single project.
