The project

Villa Terra is a luxury villa in Benahavís, Málaga designed by Archidom Studio, the architecture studio based in Marbella and Madrid. The studio’s scope covers architecture, interior design and site supervision.

The perfect plot rarely appears: this is one of those rare opportunities. On a hill with 360º views over the Costa del Sol, the villa faces south to capture Mediterranean light in its purest form.

The architecture emerges from the terrain itself, drawing on its earthy tones and unfolding through organic, sculptural forms. Every fold and angle embraces a unique perspective of the landscape, turning the villa into a living work of art.

A bold yet harmonious design that redefines luxury living, where nature and architecture merge seamlessly. An Archidom Studio project in Benahavís.

Architecture and interiors

The project data record a plot of 6,433 m², a built area of 1,300 m² and private development. As in all of the studio’s residential work, architecture and interiors are considered together from the first sketch: placement on the plot, views, privacy, light and materials are resolved as a single project.

In Benahavís, the studio has also designed Villa A18 and Villa Alcuzcuz. Browse all the studio’s projects.
