Villa Luc is a luxury villa in Manilva, Málaga designed by Archidom Studio, the architecture studio based in Marbella and Madrid. The studio’s scope covers architecture, interior design and site supervision.
Villa L, in Manilva, is a villa of futuristic style with a remarkably light appearance despite being built with heavy materials such as steel.
The design plays with sliding concrete pieces that give it its brutalist character.
The villa is arranged on two floors: three bedrooms on the upper floor and, on the first, the guest room, entrance hall, kitchen and living room. An Archidom Studio project in Manilva.
The project data record a plot of 1,940 m², a built area of 580 m² and private development. As in all of the studio’s residential work, architecture and interiors are considered together from the first sketch: placement on the plot, views, privacy, light and materials are resolved as a single project.
